An SUV that provides style and sophistication is in the brand-new 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. With an all-new redesign in the headlights, wheels and front bumper that support the new modern look, drivers will sure enjoy all of the standard features included. The third-generation Outlander arrives with an affordable price and a slew of available options that customers can choose.

The 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander is a compact crossover SUV that seats seven passengers. The top model comes with a conventional automatic transmission. Most versions come with a four-cylinder engine and a gearless continuously variable transmission (CVT).

Compared to the competition the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander looks different. It’s narrower and sleeker, with space for everything drivers and passengers alike might need on the inside. As for lighting, it comes with wide-lens headlamps which come available with LED lighting and they automatically adjust when driving.

Based on the surrounding light, the brightness levels are raised or lowered. The rise body construction made by Mitsubishi provides Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution (RISE) which helps with the absorption of impact with crumple zones that provide a secure base in the event of a crash. Roof racks come as an option for the Outlander.

If customers are looking for more space with an impressive interior, then the 2019 Outlander is the vehicle for them. There’s room for up to seven passengers, even in the base trim. There are 60/40 split fold-down seats with slide and reclining adjustments are standard as well as 50/50 flat fold-down third-row seats that can fold down to give ample space.

There’s plenty of cargo space provided (63.3 cubic feet) and 8-way power adjustable driver and passenger seating comes standard for the SE, SEL, and GT trims. As for leather, leather seating comes standard in the SEL and GT trims with leather-wrapped steering wheel standard in every trim except the ES. Chrome-plated inner door handles are also standard for every trim.

The 2019 Outlander comes available in four trim levels: the ES, SE, SEL, and GT. All trims, including the ES version, include Bluetooth technology, rearview camera, heated power side-view mirrors, FWD or AWC option, and CVT transmission. The SE features everything that the ES features plus smartphone link display audio, the crucial fast entry with push-button start, heated front seats and it’s available in S-AWC (Super All Wheel Control).

The SEL version features everything on the SE package plus remote power tailgate, blind spot warning, lane change assist and power-folding side-view mirrors. The GT features a 3.0-liter engine with S-AWC, 6-speed automatic transmission, power glass sunroof, and Rockford Fosgate premium audio, plus all of the feature on the SEL.

The 2019 Outlander comes with two available drivers. It comes with 2.4-liter V4 and a 3.0-liter V6 engine. These are the engine specs.

The 2.4-Liter V4 engine is the base engine for the Outlander which provides 166 horsepower with 162 lb-ft of torque. It comes in the ES, SE, and SEL trims. This engine delivers a strong acceleration giving owners the confidence of getting to their destination safely.

The 3.0-Liter V6 premium trim carries the larger V6 engine which provides 224 horsepower and 215 lb-ft of torque. This engine gives drivers the option of having a faster pickup with the acceleration to enjoy; the V6 engine is only available for the GT trim. ECO mode (which means an improvement in fuel economy) can help drivers receive the best fuel economy possible.

The 2019 Outlander starts at $24,695 (plus destination fee).
