My experience with University Mitsubishi started out good. Marc was a helpful sales representative, though not very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for. A Jeep Wagoneer S. University Mitsubishi’s practice of low balling the advertised price and then adding on extras was not appreciated. Buyers should assume a significant amount in extra charges above the advertised price, not including tax and registration. As with many dealerships there was some haggling before arriving at a price that was acceptable to both parties.

Excellent service, the staff was friendly and helpful I just went for an oil change and tire rotations for my car, they were very efficient and in less than two hours I was out I definitely recommend University Mitsubishi.

great service not as quick as is used to be i came in at 230 and i left the dealer almost 2.5 hrs later just for oil change. the vehicle was service but it took the lady to give me the keys another 30 minutes this was the longest wait for oil change if i have to give a #'s of start i will give them only 2 sorry they were trying to get all vehicles out at the same time
